 BACKCOUNTRY GUN When freeride and freestyle collide, you need a very special board. Our « CPT Achab » is that board. The defining feature of our fine Captain is it's unique shape. After years of testing, we found the maximum float, thanks to a slightly wider belly, balanced by a longer nose and tail. The addition of a smooth rocker created the perfect craft for navigating those steep coloirs and stomping in rough seas. The directional construction and the naturally set back stance, helps you to ride at your best when regular, while the twin tip shape gives you full freestyle agility, when you need to land switch. The « CPT Achab » features a poplar, bleech, spruce and paulownia wood core, supported by two carbon crosses on the nose and the tail for better torsion control, as well as our NHS p-tex base to keep you fast.
